Powerful bouquet

Robe with notes of burnt caramel. Frank and fresh nose with aromas of orange peel, soft caramel, clementines, balanced with a round and structured attack. Character on candied citrus fruits. Frank but rather short finish.

Pimm’s N°1, famous English alcohol, is elaborated with gin, fruits juices and spices. This liquor’s recipe, that takes the name of its creator James Pimm, is secret. Only six people in the world know it. With its taste of spiced citrus fruit, it can be tasted neat or in “long drink”: associated to a lemonade, a tonic or sparkling water. It will make wonders with champagne.
