Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and crisp

Straw yellow colour with bright green highlights, medium and persistent bubbles. Lovely open and frank nose with aromas of white flowers, menthol and blackcurrant buds. Good balance on a frank, straightforward crémant, finesse, freshness, mineral notes of gunflint then small red fruits. The bubbles are fairly well blended and the wine has a long, clean and sapid finish.

At the heart of this vineyard lies a significant biodiversity, which can be seen in its many species. We cultivate the vines taking into account the local environment and the particularities of each plot. For example, to bring life back to the soil, we sow other species than vines between the rows, such as barley, mustard and radish. The High Environmental Value certification highlights our practices that respect the environment and our terroirs.
