Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and well-rounded

Bright straw yellow colour with green highlights. The nose is frank and open, revealing notes of white pepper, ice mint, lavender and juniper. On the palate, a supple, mouth-watering attack, with a hint of aniseed and a well-balanced, full-bodied vodka. The finish is sweet, with notes of toasted hazelnut, vanilla and a refreshing hint of peppermint and liquorice.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Do you know ?

Smooth and perfectly balanced. There are notes of dried hay, with a hint of vanilla, and the intensity of tonka bean. The combination of lavender, jasmine and citrus flavours is reminiscent of tobacco.

  • Bison Grass

    Distilled 6 times, rye vodka is carefully blended with essence of bison grass, a unique aromatic plant. The essence of bison grass is matured in Polish oak casks for two months before blending, giving it its incomparable aromas, a must for cocktails.
