Fruity and well-rounded
Amber colour with orange highlights. Woody, toffee nose. Opens with dried fruit, apricot and cumin. Supple attack with roundness and sweetness. Slightly full-bodied, but lingers on with vanilla and caramel. Notes of candied fruit and flambéed bananas. Good persistence.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Santa Teresa 1796 is a bold and elegant rum, a blend of rums aged for up to 35 years in bourbon oak barrels, then aged using the Solera artisanal method to produce a dry, smooth and well-balanced rum. Enjoy it neat on the rocks or in an Old Fashioned cocktail.
