Powerful bouquet
Amber colour. Clear nose of dry fruits and toasted wood. Opens with notes of spices and caramel, quite complex. A touch of tobacco. Full-bodied attack, full-bodied, full-bodied. Body and balance. Frank length. Nice racy character, lingering on woody, roasted notes. Finish on dried fruits.

Features

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
