    Rémy Martin XO reflects our Cellar Master's perfect mastery of the art of blending. A selection of up to 400 eaux-de-vie is used to express the full aromatic complexity of XO. On the nose, a broad aromatic palette revealing aromas of juicy plums and candied oranges, enhanced by notes of white flowers. On the palate, flavours of candied fruit against a background of hazelnut and cinnamon bear witness to the extreme opulence of Fine Champagne eaux-de-vie. Rémy Martin can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, in cocktails or as a pairing.
