Domain and appellation

While, like Diplomático rums, it is produced by the DUSA distillery in Venezuela, Canaïma is the embodiment of Amazonian nature. Of the 19 botanicals that make up the recipe for this gin, 10 come from Amazonia. These plants are hand-picked from the depths of the Amazon rainforest, then macerated and individually distilled in a traditional 500-liter copper still. Canaïma owes its herbaceous notes to seje and its aromas of caramel, ginger and coriander to tupiro, also known as cocona, and cashew nuts.
