Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
White colour with silver highlights and a hint of blue, clear and brilliant.
The nose is open, fresh, spicy and mentholated, offering finesse.
The attack is greedy and frank, with notes of juniper berries, chilli, menthol and salt stone, fresh, powerful and full.
The finish is sapid and iodised, with a lovely sapid bitterness, fine finesse and lingering spice and pepper notes.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

TANQUERAY
Tanqueray N°TEN is the only gin crafted from fresh fruits such as white grapefruits, whole oranges, and limes, along with juniper berries and coriander seeds. It is distilled in small batches in the N°10 still at the distillery, specifically reserved for this gin, known as the « Tiny Ten ».
This small copper still allows for a greater concentration of aromas and results in intense and unique citrus flavors.
