Powerful wine with potential

Old gold colour with bronze highlights. Powerful nose of dried fruits, cooked prunes, candied ginger, slightly toasted, full-bodied. Character with notes of vanilla, mocha, yellow fruit, cereals, and a hint of smoke. Good length and power.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

    Jack Daniel's Bonded is aged in special notched casks, exposing the whiskey to more interaction with the wood, giving it an intense character. Bottled at 50° to give a more pronounced taste of oak and caramel before giving way to a pleasantly lingering spicy finish. Jack Daniel's qualifies as Bottle-in-Bond, a designation in the United States which stipulates that the whiskey must come from a single distillery, be produced in a single distillation season, aged for at least four years and bottled at 50 proof.
