Robe de couleur paille reflet vieil or. Nez franc sur le caramel, les céréales, grillées. S'ouvre sur des arômes de bois grillé, pointe vanillée. Attaque souple de la rondeur de la finesse, sur les fruits secs, allonge franche gourmande, caractère sur l'abricot sec, de la finesse, Pointe saline. Bonne persistance.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

LES BIENHEUREUX have been distilling whisky at the BERCLOUX distillery for 10 years. They have chosen to combine their monkey malt with 2 other singles malts, also French, to obtain a synthesis of French-style whisky. Everything is finished in French oak casks.
