Well-rounded

Bright, lemon yellow colour with golden highlights, regular, fairly fine bubbles. Nice frank nose of white fruits, buttered notes, vanilla notes. Good balance on a medium body, finesse, frank with frank character which prolongs the nose on freshness and brioche notes. Fine, almost creamy bubbles. Frank, straightforward and sapid finish. Champagne for the aperitif.

For its price, a very elegant, restrained, balanced, creamy champagne. Normally, I am often bothered by the acidity of champagne and wine. It's elegant here, with a slight hint of bitterness.
