Our oenologists' opinion

Well-rounded

Pale straw yellow with sandy highlights, luminous, limpid and brilliant. Fairly fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is open and expressive, with notes of toast, brioche, sweet spices, vanilla, a hint of wisteria and white pepper. Complex, tangy attack, with mineral notes and greedy white peach. Fine, creamy bubbles that hold well on the palate. The finish is full and generous, with notes of white flowers and spices. Long-lasting notes of toasted hazelnut and melted butter.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Do you know ?

Symbol of the Roaring Twenties, the prestige cuvée "Belle Epoque" is a tribute to the “Art Nouveau” with its bottle designed by master glassmaker, Emile Gallé.
