Well-rounded

Bright, luminous straw yellow colour. Attractive, fine, regular and persistent bubbles. Open, elegant nose of jammy yellow fruit, hints of honeysuckle followed by spicy notes of incense, pepper and morello cherries. Well-balanced with a good sweetness that will be well-balanced as a drink over ice, with a little freshness. Nice, straightforward character. Finishes with a hint of sweetness that is normal for its drinking style. A lovely Champagne, well made and well signed.

Features
