Powerful bouquet
Brilliant and crystalline lemon yellow colour. Fine, regular and persistent bubbles. Powerful nose of fresh apricots, mango, mirabelle plum, peppermint, morello cherries, a hint of mineral, almost incense, grey pepper. Beautiful balance, frank and ample with a beautiful finesse, full-bodied, powerful in character that prolongs the aromas of the nose. Long, tense finish with elegant, almost salty sapid notes. Powerful champagne with a beautiful finesse, elegance and length. Nice vintage!

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Do you know ?
Dom Pérignon exists only in vintage form. Dom Pérignon Vintage is made from an extremely rigorous selection of the best grapes from illustrious Champagne terroirs. Depending on the quality of the vintage, Dom Pérignon chooses to declare the vintage or not.

DOM PERIGNON
Dom Pérignon champagne owes its name to the famous monk and prosecutor of the Abbey of Hautvillers in 1668, Pierre Pérignon, known as Dom Pérignon. According to legend, Pierre Pérignon discovered what is known today as the méthode champenoise. He taught this method in 1669 to the Benedictine Thierry Ruinart, which allowed Ruinart to become the first Champagne house in 1729.
