Fruity and well-rounded

This Malard champagne has a straw yellow colour with a few green highlights.

 

A clean nose of white fruit and fresh apricots, with hints of brioche, vanilla and gingerbread.

 

Well-balanced with a medium body and fairly creamy, mellow bubbles.

 

Lovely frank character of yellow fruit, fresh fruit and then light caramel.

 

Lovely long finish.
