Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and well-rounded

The nose opens with aromas of strawberry, basil and peppermint, offering a lovely freshness with a hint of spice.

The attack is supple and creamy, marked by fine, generous bubbles, with good tension and delicious notes of strawberry syrup and cherry compote.

The finish is spicy, fruity, well-balanced and powerful, with lingering notes of roasted strawberry and spices, demonstrating great finesse.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Do you know ?

Rosé d'infusion : mainly from our Cumières vineyard, this Rosé benefits from a long and gentle infusion of the Pinot Noir grapes, which allows the juicy and ripe side of the wine to be extracted while preserving its immense saline freshness.

Louis Roederer At One with Nature

Founded in 1776, Maison Louis Roederer has been dedicated to crafting the finest Champagne wines, shaped by an unwavering pursuit of excellence. To this day, it remains one of the few independent, family-owned Champagne houses still managed by a descendant of its founders.

Bold decisions, often contrary to the trends of the time, enabled the house to build its prized 250-hectare vineyard and 420 plots, all cultivated by hand throughout the year.

The House’s collection of lieux-dits is one of the finest in Champagne—a remarkable heritage it cherishes and nurtures. Its valuable crus are spread across the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne, and the Côte des Blancs.
