Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is fresh and delicate, revealing aromas of white flowers, followed by invigorating notes of peppermint and fennel, then evolving towards fresh fruit, with a subtle hint of toasted almond and hazelnuts.

 

On the palate, it is well-balanced, frank and straightforward, with remarkable finesse. 

 

The character develops on fresh fruit, followed by dried fruit and hints of toast and toastiness.

 

The dosage is moderate, giving way to a long, taut finish marked by a hint of minerality.

 

This pretty, bouquet-laden champagne, with its refined structure, is the perfect accompaniment to a meal.
