Fruity and crisp

Bright straw yellow colour with green tints, medium bubbles, regular, nice fine nose of citrus zest, fresh, slightly mentholated notes, notes of dried fruit, gingerbread, good balance on a medium, frank body, finesse, nervous, the character extends the nose on dried fruit, slightly spicy notes of gingerbread, candied citrus, not much dosed, the bubbles are very present, not very creamy, good frank and sapid finish.
