Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

CANARD DUCHENE
The eponymous Champagne House, the fruit of a romance between Léonie Duchêne and Victor Canard, Canard-Duchêne is the only Champagne House to claim freedom as a state of mind.
Nestling in the heart of the Montagne de Reims park, it maintains an inspired relationship with nature, which it reveals in each of its cuvées.
The spontaneous Canard-Duchêne imprint is the work of cellar master Laurent Fédou. It is also a masterful blend of meticulously selected plots from the Champagne terroir, with the elegance of Pinot Noir as its signature. It is this balance between instinct and expertise that gives Canard-Duchêne its distinctive character, and in each flute there is an invitation to cultivate one's freedom: a very contemporary sense of daring.
For each one, the promise of festive moments, of tasting moments as spontaneous as they are refined, of which Canard-Duchêne is the craftsman. -
