Light yellow colour with a golden hue. Nose to be opened. Aroma of almond, frangipane. Opens with notes of yellow fruit and fresh hazelnut. Supple attack, creamy bubble, good persistence. Frank lengthening of the tension. Notes of hazelnut and almond. Bitterness on the finish. Frank character.

Founded in 1760 by François Delamotte, the House of Delamotte is one of the five oldest champagne houses. The Houses Salon and Delamotte are both part of the Laurent-Perrier group.
