Fruity and crisp

Bright lemon yellow colour. Medium-sized, fairly regular bubbles. A slightly young nose of brioche bread, citrus zest and a hint of fresh hazelnuts. Balanced on a frank, nervous wine, medium body. Fresh character with almost vegetal menthol notes. Clean finish.
