Fruity and light
A beer with a good white head. Light yellow colour with golden highlights. Clean, fruity nose of citrus fruit, grapefruit and white flowers. Straightforward attack, with hints of fresh cereals. Medium body, fruity character, notes of lychee and fresh citrus fruit. Average persistence, but sapid finish.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

The region, with its rich brewing history, has preserved a know-how that allows us today to use almost exclusively hops from Boeschepe (59) and barley and wheat from the north of France. It is also important to us to brew only with the best ingredients. Time and know-how are the key words that allow us to offer you Lydéric beers.
