Fruity and light

A beer with an airy, creamy head. Amber in colour. Clean nose of fresh cereals, sweet spices and hints of cornflakes. Supple attack with a hint of sweetness, balanced and full-bodied. Clean, long finish with fresh cereals, yellow fruit and hints of honey. Fresh and thirst-quenching. Good persistence, nice non-alcoholic beer.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

The Leffe abbey and brewery seemed to be a distant memory when, in 1952, Father-Abbot Nys and Albert Lootvoet decided to revive the Leffe brewing tradition and its well-kept recipe to offer a whole range of Leffe beers, each as delicious as the next!     Je buvais déjà de la leffe blonde avec alcool. Il y a 4 mois, j'ai voulu essayer de boire des bières sans alcool. J'ai goûté à 4 autres bières et c'est la leffe qui a été ma préférée. Depuis mars, je ne bois plus une goutte d'alcool, j'ai supprimé les apéritifs alcoolisés, vins etc...et ne bois que de la leffe sans alcool Dommage que l'on ne trouve pas facilement les leffes 33cl blondes sans alcool.

    Très proche du goût de son équivalent alcoolisé. La meilleure bière sans, alcool parmi 4 que j'ai goûtées. Je peux donc profiter d'une bonne bière sans remords (santé, conduite).
