Golden colour, clean, typical nose of spices and candied citrus fruit. Supple attack, well-balanced. Long finish, good bitterness, good character. Not very complex, but a good IPA. Keeping level Ready to drink Features Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine. Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure. Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time. Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only. Do you know ? Paname Brewing Company started from a Taphouse (brasserie & pub) in the 19th arrondissement of Paris on the Ourcq canal founded in 2015. In 2018, they relocated the majority of their production to the Cité Fertile, a former SNCF railway station converted into an eco-responsible location, in Pantin (93). Brewery and region Brasserie Paname Brewing Company In homage to Louise Michel, the famous anarchist, communist, feminist, freemason, politician, journalist... in short, a true Rebel! In her honour and after all the liberation marches she made, we decided to free our beer, but this time from its Gluten. An IPA session with a slightly pronounced bitterness and a fruity aftertaste brewed with real Malts. An enzyme makes the beer Gluten Free.
