Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

DEMORY PARIS
Founded in 1827, Bière Demory-Paris had its factories and headquarters at 10-12 Rue Broca in the 5th arrondissement and was the oldest brewery in Paris.
The brewery flourished, and as Simone de Beauvoir wrote, “[the Brewery] was always a convivial, warm place, beloved by the people and the great personalities of the time”.
The brand disappeared in the 1950s and was revived in 2009. At that time, Demory-Paris became the first of the new Parisian beers.
Today, we maintain our position as a pioneer and representative of the "Craft Beer" movement in Paris. Located at 1 Rue de Paris in Bobigny on the edge of the Canal de l’Ourcq, we brew high-quality, characterful craft beers with one motto: making local & craft beer accessible to everyone!

Bière blanche parisienne très rafraichissante ! Médaille d'or bien méritée. J'en reprendrai lors de ma prochaine visite chez mon caviste.
