Well-rounded

Yellow colour with golden reflections, quite sustained, frank nose, quite open and bouqueted with notes of toast, peaches in syrup, medium body, present bubbles, hint of floral notes, then roasting. The finish is quite short and frank. Champagne for aperitif.

Domain and appellation

    Situated in Epernay, Maison de Venoge was founded in 1837 by Henri-Marc de Venoge. The Cuvée Brut Cordon Bleu, a true symbol of the house, was born in the mid 19th century by his son, Joseph De Venoge.
     
    • Vinification: The house vinifies the musts directly in the underwood in oak barrels and casks.
