Fruity and well-rounded

Beautiful bright garnet colour with fuchsia reflections, lively, rather fine bubbles, persistent cordon. Open and greedy nose, with notes of raspberry, juicy plum and strawberry juice. Attack on a rather fine bubble, creamy point. Good balance, tension, full, fruity, greedy, crunchy point. Fruity finish, with notes of redcurrant and strawberry juice, thirst-quenching.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Domain and appellation

Organic vineyards located mainly in the micro region of the Secchia Valley.
The organic grapes are destemmed and vinified in red with the pomace; halfway through the alcoholic fermentation, the must is decanted into an autoclave, where the Charmat fermentation continues for about 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 15-18°C.
