Fruity and well-rounded

Brilliant old gold colour. Open, fine and elegant nose of flambéed banana, candied pineapple, vanilla and milk cream. Beautiful balance on a round, ample, elegant whisky, the alcohol is melted. Signature character with hints of fresh fruit and vanilla. Nice straight and sapid length.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Built at an altitude of 620 metres, the Distillery is located in the town of Gotemba, at the foot of Mount Fuji.

Round and perfectly balanced, Fuji Blended Whisky is the new expression of the Mount Fuji distillery. It is the result of a blend of grain and malt whiskies distilled at the Mount Fuji distillery and a selection of blends distilled outside Japan. This blend highlights the skills of master distiller Jota Tanaka.
