Fruity and well-rounded

Yellow colour with pale highlights. Fine, persistent bubbles. Open nose of almonds, dried fruit and hints of red fruit, fresh and delicious. Attack with fine, supple bubbles, balance and roundness. Character with cherry stone, lovely frankness and tension, lovely body. Creamy, sapid bubbles on the finish.
